  1. Excellent. Nice to see that our two great countries have embraced democracy in the same way. Swap you a Cameron for a Harper?

  3. The vote discrepancy is due to counting in the metric system.

  7. AHHH... far voting practice, I see. Well, Since I came from a Territory (1 seat ) and now live in AB (with 28 seats) I am definately with ya on the stats not reflecting real majority.

I know that when I go to the polls my vote doesn't count in my riding, my provence, or my country. But I still go.... so who's the idiot in this sittuation? lol....

  9. The best story in Can Poli-Sci evver!

Last week Ms. Ruth Ellen Brosseau was the assistant manager at a campus pub but now she's a $157,000 Quebec MP.

Ruth only speaks high school French, didn't have campaign workers or headquarters or visit the riding to meet voters during the campaign because she wasvacationing in Las Veags.

She simply placed her name on the ballot and won by 3,000 votes.
